All properties require a minimum one year lease. In addition, a security deposit of one month's rent is required at the lease signing*. We screen applicants based upon the following criteria:
- A favorable rental and credit history
- Good public record
- Verifiable income equal to or greater than three times the monthly rent
- Twelve (12) months of consecutive current employment or twelve (12) months in a similar job.
- A favorable reference (preferably from a former landlord)
*Additional deposit may be required for tenants with limited or negative rental and job history.
